Kids Therapy Network was Cathy's first business adventure, a pioneer private practice in Melbourne in the late 1990's. After 12 years of scaled success KTN was lucratively sold – a pivotal event that triggered her decision to help others find business success.
Cathy works remotely with all clients; nobody would know that her home office is nestled in the sand dunes on the Mornington Peninsula. This stunning natural environment supports her creativity and provides ample opportunity to get sand between her toes. After all, business should enable your lifestyle choices.

Business Coach
‘Unconventional’ best describes Layland’s career path. He began in defence and policing, both in Australia and internationally, before making the leap into business. Since then, he has worked across industries including technology, finance, construction, and software, holding roles from line manager to executive.
